Led by internationally recognized planner and creative director Jill La Fleur, La Fleur is particularly known for bringing cultures together. Living and working between the United States, Türkiye and Greece, Jill is often sought out by couples and families who live between cultures and want to celebrate their wedding in a place that connects them to one another, their families or their heritage.

From Turkish-American and international couples gathering in Türkiye to Greek American families returning to Chios and the Greek Islands to celebrate their roots, Jill and her team understand how to thoughtfully bring together different traditions, languages, cultures and family expectations. Our English and Turkish-speaking team bridges cultures while managing the details, relationships and logistics that make a destination wedding feel seamless.
