"We have been receiving nothing but raves about our wedding on Saturday.... and all of us are absolutely thrilled about how it turned out; especially the most important person..the bride! She said she couldn't sleep that night, she kept replaying it all in her head. We got exceedingly lucky with the weather...but all the rest had nothing to do with luck...just excellent advice and planning! All of your referrals were wonderful.....it amused me that the only one I didn't ask you for was lighting, and then I had to in the 11th hour, and he was great too. All my friends have asked how I seemed so calm on Saturday, and I explained it was because you were in charge and I was just following directions by then....bliss!!! Anyway, all the Gauntts and Kirbys want to thank you for making our day so flawless (another word I've been hearing!) and would love to be on your list of testimonials if you could use yet another.
I'll miss you! And I'm sure you'll be hearing from Brittany down the road. Oh also, I called Jon Ireland on Monday to apologize for the fact that we forgot to pay him! He is adorable ...and mailed him a check, and also a check for a tip to Saul the DJ. And Camille! What a job she did! Someone told me it looked like an elegant dining room in a beautiful home. Having reviewed all of the vendor websites suggested by Bacara, as well as conducting my own research, it became clear that Jill was in a league of her own. During our first phone call, I knew that I wanted to hire her. Her taste is impeccable, her suggestions well thought-out and gently delivered, and her demeanor accommodating and flexible. Not to mention that she is as cool as a cucumber - this woman can't be flustered - and she bends over backwards to be helpful. And she was a beautiful bride too this year if you checked her posts and Windless Chimes website. We had Jill for the day of, and I wish I had her around more than that. She was great to work with. We met with Jill when we first got engaged and she was everything we expected. She did everything we asked her to and more! She oversaw things at the reception and kept things flowing smoothly.
