Coordination of Wedding Ceremony Only

• Meet with Bride and Groom and all vendors at least 2 weeks prior to make Wedding Day arrangements and to set a schedule of events
  
• Assist in all aspects of the Rehearsal of the Wedding the day prior
  
• Contact all ceremony vendors the day prior to confirm times and locations
  
• Arrive at the Ceremony site 2 hours prior to assure set-up is complete and accurate
  
• Assist the Ushers with seating plans and handing out of programs
  
• Work directly with Clergy, musicians, photographer, videographer, florist and any other vendors in coordinating ready and start times
  
• Line up all family and wedding party for processional
  
• Emergency items will be on hand if needed by the wedding party
